AI Tender Analysis — How It Works
DiffiWeb's AI committee evaluates every government tender across five dimensions — value, momentum, technical feasibility, risk, and market sentiment — and delivers a single, actionable decision: BID or AVOID.
The 3-Stage Analysis Pipeline
Extract
AI browser agents navigate eprocure.gov.in, GeM, and 50+ state portals to extract tender data: title, authority, location, value, EMD, deadline, scope, and eligibility criteria — in real time.
Analyse
17 specialist AI agents run in parallel, each scoring the tender from a different angle: value potential, competition level, eligibility fit, payment risk, deadline pressure, sector momentum, and macro policy signals.
Decide
A cluster-weighted consensus algorithm aggregates all 17 votes into a single Confidence Score (0–100) and a BID / AVOID / MONITOR recommendation, with the top drivers and dissenting opinions surfaced.
The AI Committee
Seven of the 17 agents focus on tenders specifically. Each brings a specialist lens:
Estimates true contract value, profit margin potential, and upside target vs risk/reward ratio.
Assesses number of likely bidders, typical L1 discount range, and competitive intensity.
Verifies whether the bid requirements (turnover, experience, registration) are achievable.
Flags payment risk, penalty clauses, liquidated damages, and project execution complexity.
Calculates days to submission, corrigendum risk, and time available for bid preparation.
Cross-references with sector-specific historical award data and government spending trends.
Analyses news and policy signals related to the procuring authority and project domain.
