A complete walkthrough — from signing up to running your first tender scan, tracking stocks, and searching your intelligence vault.
Follow these 7 steps to go from zero to running live AI tender intelligence on your first session.
Click "Get started" on diffiweb.com. Register with your email and a secure password. DiffiWeb is in alpha — your account is manually reviewed. You will receive an approval email from diffiweb.com within 24 hours. Check your Spam/Promotions folder if you do not see it.
Once you receive the approval email, return to diffiweb.com/login and sign in with the same credentials. Your session stays active for 7 days. If you enabled 2-factor authentication during registration, check your email for the OTP code.
On first login you will be guided through a short onboarding form. Enter your company name, sector focus (construction, IT, healthcare, etc.), state, and preferred portals. This personalises your tender feed so agents surface relevant results from day one.
The dashboard has a left sidebar (desktop) or bottom tab bar + hamburger menu (mobile). Active modules are: Intelligence Hub, Stocks Intelligence, The Vault, My Tenders, Semantic Search, and DiffiBrain Graph. Each module has its own dedicated workspace.
Go to Intelligence Hub. Click "Run Agent". Paste a target URL such as eprocure.gov.in, tenderwizard.com, or bidassist.com. Type a query matching your sector — e.g. "solar panel supply contract Gujarat 2026". Choose Fast mode and hit Launch. Results appear in 10–15 seconds.
Extracted tenders appear as cards in real time. Each card shows the title, portal source, deadline (if found), and an AI confidence score. Results are automatically saved to The Vault and My Tenders. You never lose data when you close the browser.
Head to Stocks Intelligence to add NSE tickers to your watchlist and run the AI War Room for buy/hold/sell signals. Use Semantic Search to ask plain-English questions across everything saved in your Vault. DiffiBrain Graph visualises how your intelligence connects.

DiffiWeb is currently in alpha and access is granted manually. After you register, the admin reviews your request and approves your account. You will receive an email from diffiweb.com once approved. Check your Spam and Promotions folders if the email does not arrive within 24 hours.
Credits are consumed each time you run an agent. Fast mode costs 3 credits per run. Agent mode costs 15–40 credits depending on how many steps the AI takes. You start with 300 free credits. Contact swapwarick@diffiweb.com to request a top-up.
Fast mode completes in 10–15 seconds and costs 3 credits. Agent mode runs a full browser-based AI agent and takes 1–5 minutes, but extracts deeper data from complex portals. Keep the tab open or check The Vault after — all results are saved automatically.
This usually means the target page had no items matching your query, or the portal blocked the agent. Try a different target URL (e.g. switch from the gov portal to an aggregator like BidAssist), use a broader query, or switch to Agent mode which handles complex sites better.
Aggregator portals work most reliably: BidAssist.com, TenderDetail.com, TenderWizard.com, TendersInfo.com, and eTenders.gov.in. Direct government portals like eprocure.gov.in block data centre IPs and require Agent mode with a browser session.
Quotes are sourced from Yahoo Finance's market data API and refresh every 30 seconds. During pre-market or after-hours sessions you may see the previous close price. NSE live data has a standard 15-minute delay on free feeds.
All extracted intelligence is stored in Upstash Vector (a vector database) and Upstash Redis. Your data is strictly isolated by your user account — no other user can see or access it. Data persists until you manually delete it.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. A reset link will be sent to your inbox. Check your Spam folder if it does not arrive within 5 minutes.
Yes. DiffiWeb is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On Android, tap "Add to Home Screen" in Chrome. On iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari. The app works fully offline-capable and launches like a native app with no App Store required.
